MV Pricing Studio

Where this comes from: run the client’s frequency export through the MV Frequency Settings Analyzer, then read the Summary tab. Copy the “Avg Checks / Cycle → Pricing Studio” figure into the Avg Checks / Cycle field below, and the “Scheduled Checks / Year → Pricing Studio” figure into the Scheduled Checks / Year field — enter both exactly as shown, do not convert them.

Why it needs converting: the analyzer counts touches per renewal cycle, not per year. A cadence like “30 days before, 7 before, 1 before, 1 after” is 4 touches per expiration — but only about half of records have a credential expiring in any given year, and only a fraction of scheduled expiration touches become a billable manual verification. This app applies your expiration rate (r) and realization factor (s) from Advanced Settings to turn per-cycle touches into likely checks per year, then adds the one baseline verification every monitored record generates:
P = 1 + (avg checks per cycle × r × s) + scheduled checks per year
Entering the per-cycle figure as though it were annual overstates volume roughly threefold, which is why the conversion lives here rather than in the analyzer — r and s are pricing constants and can change.
